Hello Anjana,

The UCC27712 is not directly ASIL B compliant but there are non isolated drivers which have the functional safety documents that allows the system to be compliant. There is a functional safety document that lists FET rate, FMD and pin FMA, on the UCC27211A-Q1 driver.
