BQ76952: short circuit time delay too long issue

Dear Expert,

One customer is using BQ76952 and encountered some short circuit delay time too long issue.  They're setting the delay time 120us but actual result is only 10ms.  Could you help to review the schematic and configuration file and advise where is not correct?
