Tool/software:
He datasheet shows a maximum output capacitance, (e.g. 200 uf for 12 Vout) and states some consequences for exceeding this. To bulk capacitors with moderate ESRs, e.g. 18 mOhm count towards this limit? Or only to MLCCs with very low ESRs?
