UCC5350: Requirement of alternative gate driver of microchip from TI

we require the alternative gate driver from TI.which can match the specification and performance of microchip gate driver XIFM intelligent gate driver for 3300V microchip SiC MOSFET (MSC025SMA330B4N).I am waiting for your option.

    Hi Kayala,

    The XIFM Intelligen Plug-and-Play 3.3kV Gate driver I find seems to be an $800 module that provides a power supply, fiber optic connectors for isolation signals, and 22mm of clearance.

    We do not have fiber optic compatible gate drivers. Our highest clearance IC is the UCC5350L-Q1, which has 15mm of clearance and 10A of typical drive strength. It is only 70 cents.

    We have the UCC14141, which is an integrated isolated power module. This can be used to save space vs. a transformer based solution.
