The CSD17313Q2 is qualified by similarity, using the following tests with 0 failures:

• 1 lot 77pcs HTGB 1000hrs,150°C
• 1 lot 77pcs HTRB 1000hrs, 150°C
• 3 lots 77pcs each IOL 2min. cycle, 10k cycles
• 3 lots 77pcs each Autoclave 121°C 96hrs
• 3 lots 77pcs each Temp cycling  -55° to 125°C 700 cycles
• 3 lots 77pcs each THB 85°C/85RH 1000hrs
