yes, the LM5175 could be used for that but would suggest to use the LM51772.

Dear Stefan,

What are the main differences between the LM5175 and LM51772? The LM51772 is a GUI-programmable IC. Is it based on GaN technology?

Hi Netaji,

there are lot of difference which could be seen when comparing the datasheet.

The LM51772 can be configured via I2C.

The LM51772 supports GaN MOSFETs as the gate signal level is 5V.
