TPS63900: low load conditions

I recently asked about TPS63021(Enabling PS), but now we are considering to replace it with TPS63900.

We are assuming that it will be used under the following conditions, but could you confirm if using TPS63900 is appropriate?

Input: 3.0~2.0 V battery

Output: 3.3 V output voltage, 25 μA output current

When using under these low load conditions, will the efficiency be more than 90% and the battery current be under 30 μA?
