    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Please see FemtoFET SMT guidelines at the link below. The second link is to an application note on solving assembly issues with chip scale FETs including TI FemtoFETs. To ensure successful assembly, it is important to follow the recommended PCB layout and stencil pattern in the datasheet also in the SMT guidelines. Please review the app notes and datasheet and let me know if you have any additional questions.
