One month ago, I asked for the Functional Safety report of this part number, this was published in TPS22810-Q1: Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA report - Power management forum - Power management - TI E2E support forums. However, this post is close now and I cannot reply to know the status of it. I would appreciate any update.
