Hi teams,

Please help to review LM5137F-Q1 schematic.

Vin 44~60V, Vout 12V(8~16V) 60A, 720W, AEC-Q100 qualified

Efficiency : 95%

Topology : 4-phase

and When will the LM5137F-Q1 be released?

Are there any other PWM ICs that can be applied to four-phase uni-directional buck converter?

Here is the file – please make an effort to update it as needed with your specs and I will review it. Also, you didn't send a schematic. Do you need ASIL D? If not, go with the LM5137-Q1, the non "F" device.

Here are some comments on the quickstart:

The current limit should be set at ~80, above the full-load current of 60A. Use 3mΩ shunt.
Make sure to derate any ceramic Cout for voltage, as it affects compensation calculations.
50kHz may be a little high for the crossover - we usually target a max of 15% of Fsw.
