Our project is based on the TPS65982DMC+TPS65994 developed DOCK, currently encountered TYPEC UFP port connected to the PC Host can not recognize the TPS65982DMC group of USB2.0 devices.The USB2.0 of the TPS65982DMC connects to the port3 of the CH334P USB2.0 HUB. Using the UsbTreeView tool of the PC host, you can view that port1 and port2 of the CH334P HUB are normal, but port3 the TPS65982DMC connection fails to identify the USB2.0 device.I have measured the power supply of TPS65982DMC. The H2 pin VOUT_3V3 and E1 pin LDO_BMC of TPS65982DMC are all 0V, and the power supply of other power pins is normal.
We know that TPS65982DMC has boot code in it. Now we have the following question
1: Can the TPS65982DMC device be identified through K6/L6 USB2.0 with only boot code in the chip?
2: In addition, can I only use GUI Tool to burn the application code through PC host or can I hand the chip TPS65982DMC to the burning factory to burn the application code with a special burning fixture?
3: TPS65982DMC has an external Flash ROM, we burn the application code into the Flash ROM, so the burning of TPS65982DMC is not invalid? Is this external Flash ROM for the GUI Tool to burn fashion application code?
