LMG3650R025: CMTI and thermal shotdown

Hi experts,

My customer is interested in LMG3650 and raise below questions:

1. Regarding the LMG3650R025 driver, is there a CMTI parameter available?

2. The LMG3650 has the thermal shutdown and also the die thermal sensing(within the block diagram).

We would like to know what is the thermal trigger point for the shutdown?

    Hi Barton, 

    1. We only characterize CMTI for our half-bridge devices. We don't have this data available for single-FET devices like LMG3650.

    2. The thermal trigger point is 190C as specified in the EC table in the datasheet.
