For LM74930 application, during transient test we want to clarify some parameter.

Test parameter: Us=58V,Up=70V,Tr=5us, Td=500us,Tf=250us. detail wavefrom as below.

 

  1. Whether 74930 can protect circuit in such short time Tr=5us?

As we checked tovp_off parameter in datasheet, range 4-7us, can’t be config. Pls help double check wheter my understanding correctly?

         2.if 74930 can’t have the feasibility to respond so fast_5us, whether have other components suggestion or methods?
