TPS25751: Liquid Detection Issue

Hello,

Please check your configuration and confirm GPIO settings.  By default the GUI supports the 2 GPIO control solution: nmos control on GPIO6 and pmos control on GPIO7.  Liquid detect is on GPIO1.  How are you testing the presence of a liquid?

Yes Chris, shown interrupt configuration is selected. 

Few observations :

We observed toggling of SBU1/2 pins stops and goes to logic HIGH on liquid detection. We also observed low pulses on interrupt signal. But, this is not the case of everytime. Sometimes, even though liquid is there - device is not able to detect it. Do we need to change sensitivity of the device?

Do you have the ability to see what is the impact of the liquid on the SBU lines?  If the impact is small then you may need to change the sensitivity.  A simple check would be to lower the Low Threshold ADC liquid (remain equal to or greater than Low Threshold ADC No Liquid) and increase the High Threshold ADC Liquid (remain equal to or less than the High Threshold ADC No Liquid).
