Hi Moritz,
Thanks for reaching out to TI.
Please allow me some time to do the necessary compatibility check for the above devices and get back to you in 1-2 days.
Thanks & regards,
Abhishek
Hi Moritz,
Thanks for the patience.
To my understanding and based on systems already designed with other similar power stages, I dont see any issue in using TPS53647 with 410 SPS.
The controller TPS53647 should work well with CSD95410 based Smart Power Stage.
You may also see the below thread for some more information.
Thanks & regards,

Hi Abhishek,
thank you very much for your reply.
I saw that post earlier but the Stratix 10 TI Reference Design uses a CSD95472Q5MC Power Stage.
Our current design uses a TPS53647 with 4 x CSD95480RWJ, which are now classified as NRND.
Are there any design changes necessary to replace them with the recommended 'Drop-in Replacement' CSD95410RRB?
Thank you.
Kind regards
Moritz
Hi Moritz,
Yes, the TI reference design used older part, and we did not refresh the design with new parts.
In order to replace the 480 device, 410 can be directly used without changes in the hardware provided that there is no spec change in the design or current. The RLSET value will be changed for the same inductance value.
However, there might be some fine tuning required to meet transient specs such as ACLL etc.
Thanks & regards,
Abhishek
Hi Moritz,
Mention not.
Please feel free to reach out in case you have any other queries regarding the power stages or the controller.
Thanks & regards,
Abhishek
