UCC25660: UCC25660EVM-064 MODULE HV PIN AND VCC AUX DISABLE

I have the UCC25660EVM-064 module. The module has UCC256601 integration. But I don't want to use the HV pin and Vcc Aux voltage. In the datasheet, it says to replace it with the UCC256603 integration as can be seen in the picture below. UCC256603 is not available for sale. How can I make the HV pin disable in the UCC256601 integration in UCC25660EVM-064 module? How can I supply it with external VCC in UCC25660EVM-064 module?

Hi Halil,

In the above list, If you connect the HV pin to GND, it will work like a UCC256603. You will still need to remove R5 and R28.

Hi John,
I removed R5 and R28. and I connected UCC256601 HV pin to PGND. I have 12V and 5V from UCC256601. But I don't have a Low side and High side MOSFET gate signal. And have not output voltage. Which parts can I check?

What is the voltage you measure on the BLK pin? And what voltage are you applying to Vcc?

I will measure BLK pin. VCC and TP8(gnd) 12.2V

Hi John,
I measured 1.32 V with 35.7k BLK pulldown resistor. btw, I did not change anything. you can see as shown below.

Hi Halil,

This is above the VBLKStop threshold which is likely why the controller is not switching. You will need to adjust the BLK divider to keep it under 1V with your normal input voltage.
