Hi Team,

I would like to inquire MODE pin's max sink/source current to do the worse case analysis.

I didn't find it in the datasheet.

The pin connect to the external resistor(0ohm), I think it will be some current on it.

Could you please help to provide it or its current level?

Are you asking the current that will flow in or out of the MODE pin depending on its connection to it?

Hi,
MODE pin is a high impedance node, and it only takes the leakage current of few uA.

Hi,

Looking in impedance in MODE pin is 18kΩ + 271fF , so the leakage current will flow accordingly.
