It doesn't start (or rather, I made several PCBs — on some it works, on others it doesn't — same PCB, same components, but different behavior).
Anyway, yes, the main issue is the MOSFET gates.

Hi,
I’ve already tried, but it didn’t work.
I also tried removing it completely, but still no success.

According to the datasheet, it should work (even without the resistor, up to 65V), but it doesn’t.
In some cases, I noticed that the Vout of the IC was giving me only 2 volts.
