What is the state of PG if the device is unpowered? Floating so that external pullup will declare power good?

Or is it held low via clamp diode?

Hi David,

If the device is unpowered, PG will float. If it's pulled up by another supply output, it may give the mistaken impression that the PGOOD signal has asserted.
