Do we have some Low temperature (-55℃) storage test result? We only found the high temperature storage test and couldn't find low temperature storage test. Thanks.

Hi Ryker,

AEC-Q100 Qualification does not include low temperature so we do not have that.

Is your application automotive?

Hi Ryker,

That's correct. The low temp testing is not required for automotive AEC-Q100 qualification.
