BQ41Z50: The pull down mechanism of DSGOFF and CHGOFF

Please reference the technical reference manual for a more detailed explanation but chg and dsg depends on your thresholds you've set for your system and reference figure 6-1 below for a better explanation and the mode of the battery gauge is not necessarily dependent on the resistance of a pack rather multiple parameters in the image below aswell.

For the first question: 

I am not intend to ask the status of CHG and DSG in different mode,

I am asking how the switch in red circle perform when gauging are going to turn off the MOSFET.

For the second question: 

I am not asking what mode the gauge on at different resistors,

I am asking What is the resistance of the gauge in different modes?

Can you double check the "Pack pin internal resistance is ~40k Ohms"? Theoretically the resistance should be Mohm level, otherwise the normal power consumption would be too high.

Can you double check the pack resistance in normal mode, shutdown mode and ship mode?

The picture I attached is other competitor, so the resistance in sleep mode also ~1mohm or higher?
