Tool/software:
I am using LM5117PMHX/NOPB IC and following this schematic from LM25117 Evaluation Board.
I designed it for 12V output but I am getting ~2.7V output which is a problem, I have tried few solution but nothing worked.
I am guessing the soft-start is not working which brings the output down.
I have measured the values using scope which I seems are as expected.
Vin= 48V, EVLO/EN= 4.2V, VCC = 7.6V (Means Internal Regulator is fine), High Side Switch is generating High side pulse for 200ns with a time period of 4ms, Boot Capacitor is also fine, On the Compensation pin there is a triangular wave shaped signal, the polarity of the diode is also good,
The issues are Fb=0.1~0.2 which should be 0.8, I tried to give external 0.8, but it bring the output from 2.7V to 0,
the Low side switch is not outputting any thing, nothing on the gate signal as well and the soft start pin is also low,
what next should I try to debug the issue?
