This question was already asked here VIN recommended condition, but can you please share actuall values with us?
And maybe update the Datasheet.

I try to do some estimations on different operating conditions of our circuit and want to be sure if this is in the range in every condition.

    Hello Jonny,

    Minimum operating is 1.8V as per datasheet. Based on previous thread, your operating voltage is 1.8V. 

    TPS22950 has buffer voltage. It can accommodate to voltages slightly lower than 1.8V. How much deviation, you are expecting for your application?

    With input cap, momentary dip in input voltage can be tackled.
