TPS55289: Can't work normally

My customer is testing TPS55289 and found it can't work normally, please help to check the schematic and confirm if there is any problem. Thanks.

R&D has tested the voltage of every pin as below show, it seems the voltage is abnormal.

Hi Ryker,

MODE pin resistor should be changed to 0ohm. Short DB1.

It seems that VCC voltage is not setting up. Customer can use external power supply to pull EN pin to high(like 3V) to see if there is issue with EN circuit. Is the IC damaged? Can customer change a new IC?

Can you provide layout file?
