TPS2120: Automatic priority power MUX IC for 12V to 24V DC 15A output current

Hi,

We are design carrier board having two input power rails.

We are looking for a IC that can automatically switch the power rails based on the priority setting.

Input Voltage : 12-24V DC (Both rails) 

Output Current : 15A

Please let me know if there any IC suits our requirement?

Or suggest any circuit that works for our requirement?
