Hello, I was using USB to gpio (2006) for bq78pl114, but my product broke down. Now I bought USB to gpio2 (2022) but I could not pair with BQWIZARD.
My computer sees the adapter, but the program says it is not plugged in. I am waiting for your help, thank you.

Hello Britton,

Best adivce we could give them is to follow the EVM guide, typically if the device is not connecting to the software it is due to not having the cells connected to the gauge, using the wrong communication interface and etc. Please make sure all the hardware connection are done properly.
