    Hi Takahashi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    There is low clamp voltage at COMP pin. With PFM mode, as load decreases, comp pin voltage will be clamped at 0.7V and inductor current cannot reduce further. Vout will increase because inductor current cannot reduce. When Vout reaches 1.01 times of target, device will enters PFM mode. Because of different Vin/Vout/inductor/Cout, the threshold is different with different working conditions.
