LM5164: LM5164 To design a boost power?

Vin 32v, vout 42v configuration won't be possible with LM5164. However, Vin 32v, vout -42v, can be done by connecting it in Inverting Buck Boost (IBB) configuration. I would recommend you refer Working With Inverting Buck-Boost Converters for more details.
