can you please help me to understand why the TPS2HB50-Q1 has a affected REACH compliance and a exempt with the RoHS compliance?

The same is for the TPS1HB35-Q1.

Can you please tell me what are the exemptions and do we still fulfill the REACH and RoHS compliances?

TI’s semiconductor products, as well as most module products are considered “components” under RoHS. Therefore, the CE marking, declaration of conformity, and internal product control provisions set forth in Article 7 of RoHS do not apply.

can you also tell us why we have the exception for these parts?

Is this due to an old technolgy or do these parts rely on processes which aren't RoHS or REACH conform?

I apologize- I thought I had answered this in the original post, but it would be the latter part. Theseparts rely on processes which aren't RoHS or REACH conformant.
