That is, VSW does not follow the PWM signal. VSW is only a few dozen mV. And it only fluctuates a little at the beginning of the transient simulation, and then approaches zero.

VIN = 12V

VDD = 5V

REFIN = 1.5V

BOOT Capacitor between pins 8 and 9
