I'd like to double check with you.
Could you take a look below power sequence of the LP5009? My customer concerns if there could be blinking LED before initialization under this sequence. I think it looks good to me.
Customer sequence:
3.3VA (on) --> VCC_4V2 (on) --> DRV_EN (High) --> DRV_I2C (initialization)
