I'm investigating an unusual number of failed boards containing LM2651MTC-3.3 but I'm having trouble decoding the date code / lot code on the top mark.
- Top line: (National Semi Logo) 97AN6EU, or some end in DU
- Second Line: 2651MTC
- Third Line: -3.3
Do current production LM2651 chips still carry the National Semi logo, or is this an old chip from the National to TI transition days, or a really old chip that predates the acquisition?
