Sorry but TI does not have transmitter ICs that support WPC 2.0.

Off the shelf WPC 2.0 transmitters are available from Amazon and others.

What about the receivers, do you have any QI receivers IC that support WPC 2.0 protocoll with I2C or UART interface that can suppprt dynamic configuration and communication with and MCU (charging status, voltage, current, temperature, and fault flags.)

We only have one I2C device, BQ51021, this is an older device that will meet WPC v1.2.
