    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    TPS2372 should work on your circuit. Two minor concerns:

    1. For 24V - ~38V (UVLO) non standard PoE, TPS2372's hotswap will be bypassed and cannot provide inrush current limiting

    2. The Auto MPS function is not enabled since AMPS_CTL is open. MPS_DUTY configuration won't work too. To have auto MPS please have a resistor at AMPS_CTL
