    Hello,

     

    If you got a tina model for the UCC28C40 CCM PWM controller you can use it to simulated the UCC28C40 but cannot use it to simulate the UCC28740.

     

    The UCC28C40 can be used for a flyback and many customers have used it in flyback converters.  So if you need to model controller in circuit before designing it the UCC28C40 should work in your application.
