Tool/software:

I am to start working on a dc dc converter, following are my requirements.

Vin; 26V, Range:20-32V

Vout: 60V, 25A, 1500W, Isolated, conduction cooling, fan-less design

I am thinking of doing it with LLC converter, will it be good approach and the IC mentioned is capable full bridge LLC configuration?

I am open to recommendations on design approach.

Please see the past post for similar questions.

You will need to come up with external circuit to drive full bridge.

I recommend UCC28950 or a digital controller UCD3138 for this power.

I started by searching the forum first. But couldn't find something with my kind of step-up gain and power.
I looked into the UCC28950 and designed it using webbench but i couldn't achieve efficiency i am looking for that is over 93%.

The efficiency is largely depending on your power stage design. Have you tried the calculator tool on ti.com?

That document is targeted for buck mode. Even if I start putting my values, it gives me Lk of -4uH for the given efficiency that means it's not do-able.
