Hi Maharajan,

Catalog products are not rated for this wide of voltage range, however SEP and other grade parts can support this range, i.e the SN54SC4T125-SEP: www.ti.com/.../sn54sc4t125-sep.pdf. This device is similar in terms of functionality (both direction controlled translators), though the SN54SC4T125 has 2 DIR pins instead of 4 for the selection for each channel.
