I have a few questions:
1. - To make my rise/fall time faster I made Rdsg = 330Ohm and Rgs_dsg = 10KOhm -> is this okay? For me it's working but is this on long term also okay for the Chip?
2. - When I have my LOAD connected, and I make a OW fault by disconnecting one of the sense voltages from the batterypack. Then I reconnect the missing OW sense voltage wire > my DSG FET’s are making noises like they are not able to turn fully on. It only flows a little part of the full current which should flow. But then when I disconnect the LOAD and reconnect it, its like the FET’s where able to turn fully on, and they stoped making noises. And also the full current is now flowing. Why is this so?
3. - When I have Load removal disabled and I make a short-circuit, is then the chip after the tcd_rec time (500ms typically) turning the FET's just back on? I mean the shorcircuit is probably still active, is then the chip just Turing on and off the FETS all the time? or what's the behavior than? I wanna test the short-circuit and as described I have disabled load removal. So how will the chip react?
