Please tell me what is the maximum current that the internal
gate drivers of the bq40z50 MOSFETs (DSG, CHG and PCHG pins) can
handle without damaging the drivers?
What is the minimum resistor value that can be used on the gate circuit?

I believe the maximum output current from the CHG and DSG gate drivers will be around 13mA, based on the maximum output voltage from these pins being 26V and the internal resistor to the pin being 2kOhm. This might be slightly different for the PCHG pin due to it being internally different:
