I am using TPS665218D0, VQFN package for my CPU AM3352.
Once I connected, I have most of output rails correct(Nominal) except two output. VDD_core at DCDC1 is around 0.8v instead of 1.1v. and output of DCDC4 at 1.88v instead of 3.3v. The rest(MPU, RTC, LDO1, DDR, DCDC6, etc) are good, and I have also PGOOD, meaning the the TPS is ON and working. I dont understand what's the issue.
considering that DC34-SL is connected to 12.1K, so I should have 3.3v at DCDC4 and 1.1v at core. Any suggestion?
