Hi,
I am using the Bq34z100-r2 model.
I have read the document of completing the learning cycle first start to discharge the battery to empty near to charge termination and the update status gets updated to 0x04.
Remove the load and make it rest for more than 5 hours to get the rest bit to set.
now start to charge the battery to full until the current goes below the quit current and the fc bit get changed to 1.
Now remove the external power supply and wait for the battery to relax and the rest bit will be set.
the rest bit will be set but the update status is still struck at 0x04 not gets updated to 0x05.
After discharging the dod0 16285 and qmax dod0 is also 16285.
My chem id is 1643.
What maybe the reason why the update status is not updating to 0x05?
It has been more than 1 month pls help us.
