Hi TI Team,
I am using the TPSM64406RCHR power module in a single-output configuration for my design. The module is powered with a 12 V input and configured to provide a 4.2 V output.
However, I’ve noticed that even under no-load conditions, the input current consumption is around 28 mA, which seems higher than expected.
I’ve attached the relevant portion of the schematic for your review. Could you please help me identify if there’s any issue with the configuration or recommend potential optimizations to reduce the no-load input current?
