Besides, if the CS+ and CS- of TPS1212/ TPS1214 can be used to detect MOSFET current (Rds current sense)? Thanks.

Hi Ryker,

For low side sensing you can consider TPS1200 or TPS1210. These devices do have accurate current sensing, but not using I2T for current shut off.

And similarly TPS1212 and 1214 can only do High side RSNS current sensing. RDSON/VDS sensing is only available for TPS1200/1210.
