Yes, you can use this chip for your requirement. At 2A load, with EVM thermal metrics, junction temperature rise is about 50degC over ambient. Let me know if this is fine for your application.

But the thermal calculation is based on 2 OZ richness and 4 layer...

And not always it's possible to have this PCB type... Because the standard is 1 oz and 2 layers...

How increase the temperature?

Hello Federico 

If we consider standard JEDEC board with Rtheta_JA = 105 degC, device temperature rise would be around 120 deg. This would become impractical. You can look at LMR36520 as alternate options if thermal is key concern in your application

The problem on LMR36520 maybe the maximum current... 2A.

I will make the PCB of two chips and I will evaluate with themal camera...
