TPSM33625: Switching noise on ENpin.

Hi team,

Switching noise is overlapped on the ENpin.
What could be the cause of this?
Vin and voltage divider are connected to EN.

    Hi Kengo

    Can you please remove SW node probe and check if still EN pin waveform shows high frequency noise? How is the EN pin connected? I would suggest measuring SW node waveform minimizing the ground loop wire as much as possible. Otherwise, you can try with a differential probe as well. You can limit the BW to 20MHZ or 100MHZ.

    Please get back if the issue still persists after using proper measurement methods as stated above with schematic and layout.
