TPS536C7: How to Tune I_CAL_GAIN / I_CAL_OFFSET Values

I cal gain should kept 5 and in no load condition adjust the Iout cal offset such that GUI reading 0A. Typically Iout cal offset varies between -1A to 1A.

I have tried as per your suggestion but same wrong current reading i m getting in GUI.

can you share more details about load. Is this DC load or pulse current load.?  From your screenshot share I can refer only 10 phase are active and sum of all 10 phase current is same as what is showing in the GUI. As you said 40 phase EVM there will be 4 controller. Because TPS536C7 will support up to 12 phase and only 10 phase are enabled in your screenshot. So can you please give more details about your setup and load.

Hi Vignesh,

This is continuous DC Load of 350A current.

One Phase is driving 4 Power stages.so total 10 Phase will drive 40 Power stage.
