On page 1 of the "TPS6521401 Technical Reference Manual" (SLVUD30), it says that the input supply is 3.3V for LPDDR4.

Are there variations with different suffixes in the model number, like "TPS6521901RHBR"?
We would like to use it under the following conditions.
Memory: DDR4
Input Supply: 5V or 3.3V
Are there plans to release variations with different suffixes for the model number, such as "TPS6521901RHBR" for AM62/AM64?
*Currently, only one item has been announced.(PTPS6521401VAFR)
