TUSB1044: LCFC_Design question_TI re-driver connect with TI PD-TPS66993(SN2306024)

LCFC design question :

1. page7,  pin23 CTL1 of TUSB1044, need to reserve connect to what's signal or NC?

2. page8, pin27 P0_GPIO13/PA_HPD_RX of TPS66993, need to connect to what's signal or NC?
