Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65070, TPS3805H33
Hi,
I would like to ask a question on TPS65070.
- In its datasheet slvs950d, page 71, Fig. 49, [Sense] pin of TPS3805H33 is directly connected to DVDD3318 pins of OMAP L138.
- In its application report slva371b, page 4, Fig.1, [Sense] pin of TPS3805H33 is connected to DVDD3318 pins of OMAP L138 via resistor divider.
In think (1) is wrong because according to SLVS392A, TPS380x datasheet, [Sense] pin of TPS3805H33 has threshold voltage of 1.226V, therefore a resistor divider must be required from either 3.3V or 1.8V voltage supply out of TPS65070's DCDC2. This is however missing in (1).
Could anyone confirm this?
