    Hi Seda,

    The absolute maximum junction temperature for our devices to remain functional is about 175C. However, this high of temperature will greatly degrade the lifetime of the IC. You should target 150C.

    This device is only rated for an 85C ambient due to its high power dissipation (0.5W) and relatively high thermal impedance (61C/W theta JA).
